I want to thank Ashley for helping me the other night. About a month ago I went to her because her mom (my aunt) died by suicide and I wanted to share my story and support her. Well, because of some of the things that she told me I was able to think rationally when I was in a bad place and she helped keep me safe. I went for a walk to clear my head and that was very helpful for me. Thank you, Ashley.
