On my lunch, I left work and drove to a nearby park. I was hyperventilating in the car. I couldn't breathe and I was sobbing. I just needed to talk to someone - anyone. I called the hotline and a kind lady calmed me down over 40 minutes. She was so patient. It meant so much to me. She nudged me to talk to a few people in my life about my struggle and I did. Everything turned out okay. I just needed someone to hold my hand in that hard moment, to not judge me, to say "it's okay". Thank you for what you do. You make a difference.
